TMB. The examination not only covers primarily statutory rather than
case law, but also some questions include well-established legal
doctrines derived from court decisions. The Texas Jurisprudence Prep

statutes, but in a high yield format. The study questions are a
supplement to the summaries of the law. The study guide provides a
